Higher Education in Customs: The Origins of Formation and Development Problems

This article examines the path to the formation of a system of professional customs education from the creation of the institute of customs protection in Ruthenia to this day. Some problems of the development of higher education in the specialty “Customs Affairs” are analyzed.
