Organization of activities of justices of the peace in the Russian Federation and ways of improvement thereof

The article reviews organization of activities of justices of the peace, concludes that organizational functions of justices of the peace need to be enshrined in laws. It is also suggested to enshrine in laws the position of a senior justice of the peace; its authorities and the appointment mechanism are analyzed.
