EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT IN INNOVATION PROCESSES IN AN AGILE ORGANIZATION
This article examines employee engagement in innovation processes in agile organizations and the factors that influence this engagement. The aim was to understand how organizations can effectively support innovation through appropriate management. A survey of 303 respondents and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze organizational support, tools, and employee decision-making. The results showed a strong correlation between organizational support and innovation engagement. A limitation was the sample of respondents with a predominance of the retail sector, which may limit the generalizability of the results. The results have practical applications for companies that want to strengthen innovation through employee engagement. Social implications include the need to build collaborative and open work environments. The article contributes new knowledge about the role of agile management methods in supporting innovation.
