MOTIVATING CREATIVE INDIVIDUALS
The article presents the results of a study on methods and tools used to motivate employees in the creative sector of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The study aimed to identify practices that support creativity development within organizations. The findings reveal that while financial motivation, such as bonuses and rewards, remains essential, it should not be the primary factor stimulating creative individuals. Greater effectiveness is attributed to non-material forms of motivation, such as investment in professional development, autonomy in decision-making, recognition at work, and support from management.
