Tasks and challenges of the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in relations with business entities

The purpose of the article is to present the results of an analysis of how the implementation of selected duties belonging to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office as a Polish supervisory authority looks like. The author focuses on the tasks facing the President in his relations with business entities, presents selected regulations that impose such duties on the President, and checks on the website of the DPA how the implementation of publication duties is carried out and presents the results of this check. In addition, it indicates what challenges the Polish supervisory authority faces in this regard.
