The subject of the study is the legal instruments to guarantee food safety, in trade agreements negotiated worldwide under the UE Common Commercial Policy and subsequently enforced by its administration. The aim of the study is to identify and assess legal instruments, in increasingly established trade relations, in accordance with the doctrine of the EU Open Trade Policy and the concept of Green Trade, for the enforcement of food safety requirements by the EU administration.
