Evolution of regulations regarding to municipality as public mass transport authority

Regulations regarding to performing public tasks by municipality in sphere of local public transport were subject to significant changes. There was conducted an dogmatic analysis of main statutes important in that sphere. In result it was discover that neither Public Mass Transport Act 2010 nor it amendments were not create new public own tasks of municipality. Instead, they had an important impact on scope of municipality authorithies competences.
