Assessment of the microbiological and cellulolytic activity of some types of soils of the SPSSPC Timiryazevsky Lipetsk region after application of a glyphosate-based herbicide

SPSSPC Timiryazevsky in the Dolgorukovsky district of the Lipetsk region, obtained in two ways: by directly calculating the number of colony-forming units and determining the cellulolytic activity of the studied soil types. It was found out that the number of microorganisms that decreased immediately after the application of the herbicide increased significantly after 6 months. At the same time, the highest percentage of tissue decomposition was observed in soil samples with the highest rates of microbial biomass growth. The best results were shown by podzolized (0-30 cm) and leached (0-20 cm) chernozem. Keywords: GLYPHOSATE, SOIL, CHERNOZEM, MICROBIOME, CELLULOLYTIC ACTIVITY, TISSUE DECOMPOSITION
