Research on Performance Evaluation of Power Service Enterprises
Enhancing the operational and management capabilities of power service enterprises is crucial to people's livelihood. This paper conducts a study on the performance evaluation of power service enterprises by employing the stakeholder theory, aiming to diagnose the existing operational and managerial issues through evaluation and subsequently support enterprise managers in elevating their operational proficiency. Firstly, leveraging information technologies such as web crawling, the study retrieves existing policies, literature, and corporate management practices to construct a performance evaluation indicator database. Secondly, a stakeholder-oriented performance evaluation index system is proposed. Thirdly, the AHP-OPA method is applied to design the performance evaluation methodology. Finally, an empirical analysis is conducted using data from a domestic power service enterprise as a case study, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method and providing theoretical support for the improvement of performance in power service enterprises and the industry as a whole.
