Research on the Application and Effectiveness of an Intelligent Coaching System in Personalized Martial Arts Training

This study proposes an intelligent martial arts coaching system based on artificial intelligence and big data analysis, aimed at enhancing personalized martial arts training outcomes. Traditional martial arts training methods often lack specificity, potentially leading to slow skill improvement and an increased risk of injury. The intelligent coaching system designed in this paper collects real-time physical data of practitioners through sensors and uses deep learning algorithms to generate personalized training programs, dynamically adjusting training intensity and movement rhythm. In the experiment, 30 martial arts practitioners were divided into an experimental group and a control group, with the experimental group using the intelligent coaching system and the control group following traditional training methods. The results show that the experimental group improved endurance, strength, and flexibility by 15%, 10%, and 12%, respectively, significantly higher than the control group's 8%, 6%, and 5%. Additionally, the experimental group's training satisfaction was significantly higher, and the injury rate was significantly lower (6.67% vs. 26.67%). These results indicate that the intelligent martial arts coaching system offers significant advantages in skill enhancement, fatigue reduction, and injury prevention, demonstrating its broad application potential in personalized martial arts training.
