A Study on the Impact of Workplace Friendship on Employees' Workplace Deviant Behaviors
Based on the theory of resource preservation and role theory, a mechanism model of the influence of workplace friendship on employees' deviant behavior in the workplace is constructed. Taking enterprise employees as the research object, SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 software are used to test the theoretical model. The results show that workplace friendship has a significant negative impact on employees' deviant behavior in the workplace. Role conflict partially mediates the relationship between workplace friendship and workplace deviant behavior. Competitive atmosphere moderates the positive effects of workplace friendship on role conflict.
