The effect of environmental regulation on the mutation of anti-cooperative behaviour in corporate green technology innovation
Based on the consideration of external uncertainty factors, this paper constructs a stochastic evolutionary game model and a stochastic spike mutation model, and uses computer software to simulate and analyse the relevant parameters of the model, to explore the evolution of the anti-cooperative mutation phenomenon of enterprises' green technological innovation under the influence of the environmental regulation of the government and the public media, with a view to actively promoting the sustainable development of green technological innovation. The results of the study show that: the increase of government punishment and subsidy can help to avoid the occurrence of anti-cooperative mutation to a certain extent; the increase of public media participation is conducive to the improvement of anti-cooperative coping ability and resistance ability, so as to achieve the early warning and prevention of anti-cooperative behaviours; the influence of the degree of enterprise trust on the mutation of anti-cooperative behaviours is also significant, and the maintenance of a high level of trust is essential for the stability of the system in a co-operative state.
