Research on Financial Risk Control–Taking Hengrui Medicine as an Example

The economic output of the pharmaceutical industry is an important part of China's national economy. Firstly, this paper analyses the financial status of the enterprise and identifies the financial risks based on the financial data of Hengrui Medicine from 2018 to 2022. By analysing the data and combining the enterprise measuresit is found that Hengrui Medicine has financial risks such as mismanagement of inventory and accounts receivable and excessive expenses. Then, the entropy weight method and efficacy coefficient method are applied to evaluate the risks of Hengrui Medicine and the results are obtained. Finally, Hengrui Medicine puts forward targeted control measures for the financial risks of Hengrui Medicine, and provides reference value for other pharmaceutical enterprises to control risks.
