The development, characteristics and reform strategy of “Belt and Road” cooperation in scientific and technological innovation
Cooperation in scientific and technological innovation refers to the process of promoting scientific and technological innovation through cooperation among different organizations, institutions, or countries based on common interests or goals through sharing of resources, knowledge, and technology. After 11 years of development, the “Belt and Road” strategy has placed importance on the role of cooperation in science and technology innovation. In the "Belt and Road" strategy, cooperation in scientific and technological innovation represents a high level of cooperation across diversified fields and in diversified modes. This study will help build an integrated collaborative innovation community and promote the high-quality development of Belt and Road scientific and technological innovation cooperation. This paper proposes a novel framework that makes use of big data to optimize BRI transportation networks. The framework aims to improve logistics, reduce maintenance costs, minimize environmental impact, and enhance user satisfaction by using data from several sources, such as sensors, GPS, IoT devices, and satellite imagery. Empirical analysis of simulated data demonstrates significant improvements in traffic congestion, maintenance expenses, carbon emissions, and the overall user experience.
