Research on Application Support Construction of Emergency Command System for Public Health Emergencies
A public health emergency refers to a public health event that occurs suddenly, causes or may cause the physical and mental health of the public in the society, and causes a serious impact on the physical and mental health of the public. The application support system is the basic structure for building the application of emergency command system for public health emergencies, which plays the role of carrying on the top and bottom, and is of great significance. The application support construction program in this study includes design objectives, design ideas, overall architecture and core application support component design. The application components and basic components of the application support layer are used to connect the business application layer and the basic operating environment layer to build the emergency command system application, with a view to realizing timely response to public health emergencies, carrying out emergency rescue work, minimizing casualties and improving the emergency response capability.
