Knowledge Mapping Analysis of Omni-Channel Retail Supply Chain Management Literature

In recent years, omni-channel retailing has gained significant attention, but a systematic review of omni-channel retail supply chain management in China is lacking. This study aims to analyze the development trends and research hotspots in this field and predict future research directions. By reviewing 322 pieces of literature from CNKI and Web of Science using CiteSpace, we analyzed authors, journals, institutions, and countries involved. The findings highlight limited research collaboration in China, despite having the highest number of publications. The paper provides an in-depth analysis of four research hotspots: business models, channel integration and competition, omni-channel logistics planning, and supply chain digitization, and forecasts future research priorities to support further development in the field.
