Health Evaluation Index System of Civil Aviation Safety Recommendation Management Process Based on AHP Method

Incident investigation is an important part of civil aviation safety management and an important way to ensure the safe operation of civil aircraft. safety recommendations are the core product of incident investigation. According to the management process and requirements of safety recommendation at home and abroad, this paper establishes the health evaluation index system of safety recommendation management process based on the whole process of safety recommendation management, which is divided into 5 primary indicators and 20 secondary indexes. Using hierarchical analysis, construct the judgment matrix and weight vector, calculate the judgment integration matrix of the primary and secondary indexes, and get the evaluation index based on the matrix assembly weight and consistency of calculation formula. The health status of the two safety recommendations is evaluated through the health evaluation index system of the civil aviation safety recommendation management process. The health evaluation index of the civil aviation safety recommendation management process can reflect the management state fairly and clearly, and provide the basis for the safety recommendation management decision.
