Reconfigurable manufacturing system design based on digital twin
According to the basic principle of digital twin technology, a reconfigurable digital twin architecture is proposed to solve the problem of when to reconstruct the reconfigurable manufacturing system. It is designed from three levels: physical layer, virtual layer and information layer. The physical layer describes and analyzes the collection and transmission of physical entity data, and realizes the data transmission between physical entity, digital twin model and information layer by establishing data interface protocol. The virtual layer is divided into two parts. The first part constructs a digital twin five-dimensional model that maps physical equipment, and the second part designs the flow logic of production products in the virtual manufacturing system. Finally, the simulation data is analyzed digitally in the information layer. According to the demand of order change, the reconstruction mechanism is described from the two aspects of processing function and ability of virtual manufacturing system.
