ABOUT THE NOVELTY IN TEACHING CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

The article is intended to introduce readers to a new textbook on constitutional law, published by Kurgan associate Professor A. Ya. Neverov at the Yurayt publishing house. The need for a new edition is caused by significant changes in the Constitution of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts. Thus, the peer-reviewed publication is one of the most relevant to date. The author’s alternative interpretations of some types of constitutional and legal relations, the originality of the methodology of practical training will attract the attention of colleagues and students from other universities.
