THE TOPOLOGY OF AN INTEGRATED CIRCUIT THROUGH THE PRISM OF THE CONCEPT OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The topology of an integrated circuit is a hybrid object of industrial property, which, by virtue of its «assemblage» (a set of many inseparable elements), is a subspecies of such a result of intellectual activity as an invention. Given the increasing role of technical devices in our world, integrated circuit topologies occupy an increasingly wide niche in our world. This gives reason to believe that their inclusion in the list of industrial property objects will create the ground for effective legislation in the not so distant future
