Simulation of Cell Movement Control by Magnetophoretic Chips
Magnetic nanoparticles have attracted a lot of attention in various fields, including engineering and medicine. Magnetophoretic and Microfluidic chips are a suitable tool in laboratory systems for localization, Precise control of particle movement, composition, manipulation and investigation of magnetically labeled cells. Recently, inspired by electronic circuits for the controlled transfer of particles on a chip in a magnetic field, magnetic circuits have been introduced in which a capacitor-like model is used to store cells and a diode-like model is used to store cells. Transistor cell transfer method is also used for switching (transfer of the selected cell). Thus, single-cell studies are a new field that has had many impacts on cell biology in the past years. Advances in this field require systems capable of precisely controlled magnetic cell movement. In this research, in order to obtain a multiple array for the addressable transfer of cells with magnetic label, in order to investigate the cell transfer in 90, 270 degrees bends in the TI transfer path with disk pattern and I strip, simulation has been done. A multiple array is then designed. The pattern of the injection site in the TI tracks is also designed to avoid the initial deviation of the cell on the magnetophoretic chips to reach the intended main track.
