Potential of Deep Learning Technique to Enhance the Accuracy of ECG Heartbeats Arrhythmia Time Series
The cardiac system's heart is in charge of producing both bloodstreams with and without oxygen. It does not function like a rhythm instrument, and variations in heart rate is the term used to describe the normal change in the length of the periodic intervals between a pulse. ECG signals are an essential means of keeping track on the circulatory system's health and functioning. They also help identify cardiac irreg- ularities, particularly arrhythmias. Automated ECG arrhythmia categorization that is accurate and efficient is becoming more and more important. Since the beginning of the last century, deep learning has developed quickly, reaching state-of-the-art performance in a number of disciplines. The intent of this study is to demonstrate deep learning techniques which is used to directly correlate the degree of disease with the heart's variability, which includes the actual application of these methods for the simple analysis of time series to forecast different illness kinds. Deeper comprehension of the clustering algorithm regarding the concepts of underlying discrimination, model uncertainty, and a qualitative interpret ability study supplement these evaluation and offer points of convergence for further investigation into the dataset. The results we obtain highlight the potential of deep learning-based algorithms for ECG analysis, not merely in terms of statistical accuracy but also in considerations of additional quality criteria that are practical and quantifiable, like interpretability and uncertainties estimates.
