Exploring Usage of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to Simplify Learning about Wine and Food Pairing for Hospitality Students
This study investigates the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enhance wine and food pairing education for hospitality students. It evaluates the effectiveness of AI-driven tools in providing personalized and culturally sensitive learning experiences, compares these with traditional methods, and identifies challenges such as data biases and the need for frequent updates. Findings suggest that (AI) and (ML) can significantly improve learning outcomes by offering dynamic and tailored educational content, despite existing limitations. Recommendations for future research include enhancing algorithm accuracy and incorporating more diverse datasets.
