Innovative Modeling for Assessing Anemiaassociated Hair Loss Severity in Women: CNN and Random Forest Fusion
The research findings, that focus on using a prediction model to gauge the extent of hair loss in women with anemia, are summarized in the abstract. The study uses a variety of measures, such as accuracy, recall, and F1-score, to assess the model's performance after stratifying the degree of hair loss in five different segments. The precision numbers show how well the model identified occurrences inside each segment; the scores range from 98.36 % to 98.41 %, which is quite high. Recall values, which like the precision values express in percentage how good is the model with the real positive examples. In addition, the F1 scores calculated as the harmonic mean between the accuracy and the recall are rather high, which proves that the model is rather robust concerning the ability to predict the degree of hair loss considering various segments. It also gave insight into the distribution of the dataset; all the segments obtained highly significant support and all the segments include, 1830–1890, instances. This even distribution and the whole concept of the model demonstrate great flexibility for degrees of loss of hair severity. The support percentage that has been kept constant at 0 percent and also the support fraction which has been keep constant and equal to zero. 20 altogether in all segments, affords even more support to the model's ability to predict the level of hair loss severity to a great accuracy in different settings and is also good at extrapolating to unseen data points. The model proves its high level of proficiency based on the outcomes that defines the severity of hair loss, which is 99 %. Some other qualitative indicators from the differential assessment perspective that further support the model's validity of internal consistency and reliability are macro, weighted and micro average measurements.
