Predictive Cardiovascular Risk Modeling Using Machine Learning Techniques

Globally, cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) continue to be the primary causes of morbidity and mortality, including heart failure and stroke. The complicated interactions between lifestyle factors and their effects on the onset, progression, and prevention of cardiac illnesses are examined in this research paper. In the pathophysiology of CVDs, modifiable causes including smoking, eating poorly, being inactive, and drinking too much alcohol are highlighted in this study. It carefully examines current epidemiological studies, clinical trials, and health initiatives. It covers the impact of socioeconomic determinants of health and genetic predisposition while highlighting the necessity of individualized prevention plans. The positive effects of lifestyle changes, such as increased physical activity, adoption of a heart-healthy diet, quitting smoking, and stress management, in lowering the risk of CVDs and enhancing general cardiovascular health are also examined in this research. It also emphasizes the significance of frequent health screenings, patient education, and early diagnosis and management of cardiovascular risk factors. This study aims to offer a thorough analysis of machine learning techniques used in predicting heart illnessusing different demographic and clinical feature datasets. The results of this study offer insightful information for the development of precise and clinically applicable heart disease prediction models, enabling early detection and targeted treatments to lessen the burden of cardiovascular diseases worldwide. This study promotes a comprehensive strategy for preventing heart disease, concentrating on lifestyle modifications that give people the power to make better decisions. It emphasizes how communities, legislators, and healthcare professionals may work together to promote cardiovascular health and lessen the burden of heart disease.
