Based on the findings on the first hypothesis, the study shows that there is a significant influence between the use of smartphones and nomophobia behaviour. Adding on that, the study also suggested that there is a significant influence between nomophobia behaviour and the impact of student academic performance. And last but not least, the hypothesis shows that there is a significant influence between smartphone use and nomophobia behaviour with student academic performance. This study is expected to oblige the Ministry of Education and schools in formulating policies, guidelines, and regulations aimed at limiting smartphone use in school environments. Such policies could help mitigate the negative impact of nomophobia on students’ health and academic success.
