ON THE ISSUE OF UNDERSTANDING STATE-LEGAL IDEOLOGY AS A NECESSARY SOCIAL VALUE

This article is devoted to the study of state and legal ideology from the standpoint of the axiological approach. Within the framework of the study, the relationship between the concepts of «state ideology» and «legal ideology» is established and the author’s position on the preferability of using the term «state and legal ideology» is substantiated. The author analyzes the possibility of considering state and legal ideology as a constitutional value and comes to the conclusion about the need for a broader understanding of this concept - as a socially necessary value.
