ON THE ISSUE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF EXERCISING PARENTAL RIGHTS BY PERSONS DEPRIVED OR LIMITED IN LEGAL CAPACITY
In domestic family legislation, there is legal uncertainty regarding the possibility of exercising parental rights by persons who have been deprived or limited in legal capacity in accordance with the norms of the Civil Code, since the law does not directly establish the need for simultaneous deprivation or restriction of parental rights of such persons. As part of the study of this problem, it is determined whether the restriction and deprivation of civil legal capacity entails a simultaneous defeat in parental rights.
