HEDONISTIC ADAPTATION AND PROCRASTINATION IN THE CONTEXT OF REDUCED MOTIVATION TO LEARN

The modern changing world of human civilization is considered a period of socio-cultural transformations. The assessment of education as one of the ways to convey one’s own understanding of the meaning of life to future generations depends on the understanding of a person or, in a broader sense, by society of the meaning of human existence. We are becoming more and more sensitive to national values, threats to the upbringing of the generation and the effectiveness of the educational sphere. Now it is difficult to understand what to teach at a university so that knowledge does not become outdated, how much knowledge to provide to a student that will not “scare him away” and will not lead to procrastination, etc. The relevance of the problem is due to several key ideas, the manifestations of which are noticeable in the analysis of student activity styles. We are talking about a number of factors underlying the educational motivation of students. In this article, in the context of a decrease in learning motivation, we have examined internal psychological causes such as hedonistic adaptation, procrastination, meta-thinking, etc. And we have also analyzed the psychological components underlying procrystination suggested by Z. Abstract

Freud and suggest several ways to deal with the latter
