Evaluation de sécurité d’un système électrique à propulsion distribuée
Distributed Electric Propulsion is a potential solution to improve significantly aircraft propulsion chain efficiency and reduce aircraft emissions. In order to mature this technology, the research concept DRAGON has been defined. We performed the safety assessment of the electrical system defined for DRAGON research concept. In this article we present our modelling approach and the assessment results. Due to the novelty of this architecture, we had to interact with the system designers at various stages of the approach such as the definition of Failure Conditions, the selection of failure propagations and reconfigurations that needed to be modelled. In the paper, we detail these interactions.
