SIKLUS DISTRIBUSI PAKAIAN JADI TOKO SINAR SAPTA

This activity aims to analyze the distribution of apparel in a particular area in order to understand distribution patterns, obstacles and effectiveness in meeting consumer demand. The results show that apparel distribution involves several stages, namely from producers, large distributors, retailers, to final consumers. Factors that influence distribution effectiveness include geographic location, transportation costs, infrastructure, and market demand. Obstacles faced in the distribution process include delivery delays, high logistics costs, and lack of coordination between distribution actors. The effectiveness of apparel distribution can be improved with better logistics planning, selecting optimal distribution channels, and using technology to monitor the supply chain. Recommendations from this research include strengthening transportation infrastructure, reducing distribution costs through efficiency strategies, and utilizing information systems to speed up the distribution process.
