THE METHODOLOGY OF FORECASTING SCIENTIFIC TRENDS IN MODERN TIMES AS A STRATEGY TO OVERCOME THE CRISIS OF OVER-RESEARCHING IN CONTEMPORARY PSYCHO-PEDAGOGICAL SCIENCE

This study, based on a theoretical analysis of extensive scientific publications, reinterprets the role of human sciences amid the crisis of over-researching, which has emerged in response to global transformations such as digitalization, climate change, and social crises. These changes highlight the need for methodologies that forecast future research trends, particularly in psychology and pedagogy, which serve as a foundation for societal adaptation. The article explores current psycho-pedagogical trends, focusing on what is relevant and promising for future scientific investigation. It examines the challenges faced by scholars and proposes innovative research directions aligned with the demands of a rapidly changing world. The study emphasizes the dialectical relationship between over-researching and under-researching, where oversaturation of certain topics leads to the neglect of others. The crisis of over-researching paradoxically results in the under-researching of important themes in psycho-pedagogical sciences. Consequently, the author raises the need for a methodology to forecast scientific trends as a strategic solution to this challenge. This article represents a pioneering analysis of present and future trends in psychology and pedagogy, offering tools for advancing scientific priorities in the new era. It is the first of a series of publications on the challenges and development of modern social science in the New Time.
