COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF PREGNANCY AND DELIVERY IN WOMEN WITH DWARFISM CAUSED BY GENETIC SYNDROMES
Patients with short stature caused by genetic syndromes had a mean height more than 3 SD below the population mean, and the proportion of inherited short stature was high among them. Primary infertility was common among patients with symmetrical short stature (17 %). Patients from the asymmetrical short stature group were statistically more likely to have a history of spontaneous abortions OR1Б-2=4.6, 95 % CI (2-11). The study groups had a high proportion of patients with severe somatic pathology (30 % in group 1A and 17 % in group 1B).
