A Semantic Retrieval System Using Imager Histogram Computation to reduce Trademark infringement based on the conceptual similarity of text
A trademark sets your company's products or services apart from competitors'. As symbols, logos, titles, and the like may be trademarks, they need to be safeguarded. When two or more trademark theories have the same semantic implant, this research interprets them. Using the similarity of the data, search and indexing established similarity distance. A company names database and a trademark database are used to validate the suggested reflow technique. There has been much research done on the conceptual comparison of literary works that are in a similar subject, employ related concepts, or convey similar ideas. Most trademark search engines now in use rely on text. Analyse the accuracy of the algorithm across several areas. A trademark helps your business stand out for its goods and services. They require protection as a result. When several brands are conceptually. This study suggests using trademark conceptual similarity for input retrieval and distance computation. Trademark offer a semantics-based computational strategy to suggest trademarks for conceptual similarity and lower future infringement protection costs. Similarity distance is utilised to search and index utilising trademarks. Many semantic trademarks with conceptual similarities are processed by a trademark retrieval system.
