Medical Data Security and Privacy Preservation using Blockchain Technology Integrated with Healthcare 4.0 Standand:Current Method and Challanges
A significant hurdle for research conducted on cloud-based Healthcare 4.0 systems is guaranteeing patient privacy while dealing with biological data. Multimedia, numerical, and textual medical records are the three most common forms. Multimedia data includes imaging scans created by imaging technologies including computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and related methods. There are several privacy and security issues with sending biological multimedia data to medical authorities. There have been several proposals for how to protect the privacy of medical records throughout the last decade. The goal of these suggestions is to make sure that sensitive medical data is sent securely while yet protecting patient privacy. However, there is still a complicated research topic about how to achieve the best possible security and efficiency for medical data inside the Cloud-based Healthcare 4.0 framework. To ensure the privacy and integrity of patients' medical records, we will thoroughly review all current rules. Connected to the cloud, Healthcare 4.0 is a state-of-the-art healthcare system that employs smart technology to keep patients monitored in life-threatening scenarios. The Healthcare 4.0 standards include blockchain technology to strengthen data security. In this post, we'll look at how Healthcare 4.0 and other Industry 4.0 security methods are using blockchain technology. A comprehensive comparison of existing approaches is provided by the analyzed findings. Included in the study's conclusion are the main research difficulties and the proposed methodology.
