Soft Computing Tools to Enhance Classroom Learning and Team Empathy of Learners

College is a bastion of skill enhancement. Skilled individuals coming from here, provides their services to business, professional services, policy making and many more. They handle delicate issues in the society on a wide scale. It is important for them to be proficient in their skill. To create such individuals in the college who are proficient in their skills and socially complete, is complicated job. Untangling it, trainers in college must need skill development tools, just like hoe, hammer, the tool that make most of your everyday tasks easier. In this paper we proposed application of some well known soft tools with blend of soft computing technology to make learning in college easier and fruitful. By doing, we try to describe computers as a learning partner of learner, to enhance skill, and empathy in classroom learning.
