Human rights have been studied, establishing their definition, background and the need to promote their promotion in the current context, because despite having been recognized in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) and what has been achieved in this sense, they are manifest situations that show its violation in different parts of the world; For this reason, the objective has been set: to analyze, from the foundations provided by the sources consulted, reflections on human rights and their promotion in the current context.
