KEDUDUKAN PEMERINTAH DALAM SISTEM PENGEMBANGAN E-COMMERCE DARI SEGI KEPERDATAAN BERDASARKAN ASAS KEPASTIAN HUKUM

This research aims to analyze the position of the government in the e-commerce development system by providing legal certainty in e-commerce development and creating a civil perspective to develop the system from a civil perspective based on the principle of legal certainty. The method used is normative juridical using three types of legal materials: primary, secondary and tertiary materials. Data collection by analyzing materials used in the library, using descriptive qualitative methods. The results show that from a civil aspect, the government's role in the development of the e-commerce system is based on the principle of legal certainty regulated in the 7th edition with the 2014 Trade Code. The E-Commerce Regulation provides a clear understanding of the Electronic Transaction System (ETS).
