The methodological tool of the questionnaire was used to carry out the quantitative research and the convenience sample was 104 teachers of primary and secondary schools. The findings of the survey on the level of training and familiarity of teachers in the use of digital tools and educational platforms showed that the majority of them consider their training insufficient. The problems they encountered in the implementation of ERT were related to the connection, difficulty in preparing the lessons and using the educational platform, while they considered the lessons as monotonous and boring. Regarding their preference between the two forms of education, the findings indicated the effectiveness of face-to-face training compared to distance learning.
