From Compromise to Confidence, Prosthetic Rehabilitation of Anterior Teeth –A Case Report
The rehabilitation of anterior teeth presents significant clinical challenges, particularly when complicated by missing teeth, supra-eruption, spacing, fluorosis, or size discrepancies. This series of cases highlights the importance of individualized treatment planning and multidisciplinary approaches in addressing functional and aesthetic concerns.Cases included patients with multiple missing anterior teeth, supra-eruption, generalized fluorosis, spacing, and tooth size irregularities due to trauma or developmental anomalies.Treatment strategies involved periodontal therapy, E.max veneers for fluorosis management, and the fabrication of zirconia bridges to restore aesthetics and function.Advances in materials like lithium disilicate and zirconia enable durable, predictable outcomes, underscoring the significance of customized treatment plans to achieve optimal anterior aesthetics and patient satisfaction.
