Productivity of new winter wheat varieties in the Rostov region

The article presents the results of research on the study of winter wheat varieties of Don and Krasnodar breeding in the conditions of the central irrigated zone of the Rostov region, including those registered in 2018 and 2019. It was found that in the conditions of the 2023-2024 agricultural year, the best results in productivity and energy storage in the crop were obtained for the Soberbash and Chef varieties (583 and 545 g/m2; 121.5 and 109 GJ/ha, respectively).
