MULTIPLE FIBROID IN COMBINATION WITH SYNDROME MAYER-ROKITANSKY-KÜSTER-HAUSER: CLINICAL CASE
Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome (MRKH) is characterized by congenital aplasia of the uterus and upper two-thirds of the vagina, has a female karyotype of 46 XX and an incidence of 1 in 5000 newborn girls. This article presents a rare case of a combination of MRKH syndrome with the most common gynecological pathology, uterine fibroids. Delayed 141 diagnosis of a mass in the pelvis in a patient with a malformation of the internal genital organs led to tumor growth and expansion of surgical access at the stage of surgical treatment.
