MODERN APPROACHES TO THE MEDICAL TREATMENT OF JUVENILE IDIOPATHIC ARTHRITIS IN CHILDREN

The article reviews the main groups of drugs used to treat juvenile idiopathic arthritis in children. An algorithm for differentiated treatment depending on the form of arthritis is presented. Approaches to the management of patients receiving basic anti-inflammatory drugs and genetically engineered biological drugs are described. The results of randomized controlled trials assessing the effectiveness of drugs used to treat juvenile idiopathic arthritis in children are reviewed
