CHOICE OF SURGICAL TACTICS FOR DUODENAL OBSTRUCTION IN NEWBORNS
This article presents the result of treatment of congenital duodenal obstruction in the State Institution "Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Pediatric Surgery" over the past 6 years. The experience of surgical treatment of 61 newborns and 7 is described. Six children were previously operated in other hospitals. The variety of pathomorphological variants of congenital duodenal obstruction determines the use of various types of surgical interventions. In order to improve the results of treatment, it is necessary to determine the surgical tactics depending on the cause of the obstruction. With duodenal atresia and annular pancreas, the operation is duodeno- duodenoanastomosis technique of Kimura. Duodenotomy and membrane excision are made with the membrane of the duodenum. With anomalies of rotation and fixation dissect of embryonic strands. Balloon dilatation is a minimally invasive and highly effective technique for the surgical treatment of congenital duodenal obstruction caused by a perforated membrane.
