The Dynamics of Decision-Making in Healthcare: Exploring Information Technology Effect and Engineering Strategies

this study highlighted the role of information technology in providing the institution with the necessary information, as well as the ease of processing decisions, providing all data, determining the nature of information technology and how to build an advanced information structure in the health care institution. In addition to the importance of the decision-making process in the institution as the essence of the administrative process. The quantitative method is considered one of the best methods in decision-making because it takes a scientific approach based on the available information and data. To answer the previous question and in order to reach what confirms or denies the previous hypothesis, the descriptive analytical method was used as it is the most appropriate for such topics. In the applied aspect, observation and questionnaire were used as tools to collect field data, to analyze the results using some statistical methods appropriate to the nature of the study and its objectives, where the application of the statistical package in the field of social sciences SPSS version 24 was relied upon. The study variables are represented by information technology and decision-making as a dependent variable.

Abstract

this study highlighted the role of information technology in providing the institution with the necessary information, as well as the ease of processing decisions, providing all data, determining the nature of information technology and how to build an advanced information structure in the health care institution.
