System Modeling of Passenger Traffic and Costs in Small Aircraft in Remote Regions Using Event Models

This work is devoted to the development and modeling of an air communication system using small aircraft in the northern part of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The study includes an analysis of the geographical, climatic and economic characteristics of the region, as well as factors affecting the operation of small aircraft, such as passenger traffic, seasonal fluctuations and accessibility of waterways. The air service model was built on the basis of dynamic variables such as population size, number of jobs, income of the population and seasonality. The results of the study showed that route optimization and aircraft selection based on dynamic data made it possible to significantly reduce operating costs and improve the efficiency of airlines. The study demonstrates the potential of small aircraft to improve transport accessibility in remote regions of Russia and can become the basis for the development of regional and federal programs for the development of transport infrastructure. The results also highlight the importance of investments in aviation infrastructure and the need to develop strategies to increase the competitiveness of small aircraft in a harsh climate and geographical remoteness.
