Conveyor based Kinetic Energy Conservation using Dynamo-Driven Rollers

This research study proposes a novel approach for sustainable energy generation by integrating the mechanical energy of conveyor belt rollers in industrial settings. By integrating dynamos with the existing conveyor system, the continuous rotational motion can be converted into electrical energy through electromagnetic induction. The proposed approach offers a sustainable and cost-effective solution for powering auxiliary equipment within industrial facilities, such as thermal power plants. The paper investigates the feasibility of this system, considering factors such as dynamo voltage output, torque requirements, and power storage options. Theoretical calculations are presented to estimate the potential power generation based on conveyor belt operation. This innovative approach demonstrates the potential of leveraging existing industrial infrastructure for sustainable energy generation, contributing to a greener and more sustainable future.
