Autonomous Areial Surveillance System For Flood Rescue Operations
In the profile of rising challenges in flood and glacial lake outburst flood (GLOF) scenarios, the national disaster response force (NDRF) encounters significant administrative obstacles during rescue missions. This project introduces a disruptive solution through the implementation of autonomous drones provide with advanced technologies to support and optimize rescue working in flood-prone regions. The system's primary objective is to provide a cost-effective and prompt means of obtaining aerial data over expansive areas. Autonomous drones take center stage, executing surveillance missions that generate invaluable heatmaps of water levels and complicated 3D Geomaps. These visual helps to prove instrumental in enhancing the precision and effectiveness of mission planning, providing rescue teams with crucial insights into the topography of the affected areas. The communication and control hub, acting as a Central Processing Unit, plays a vital role in ensuring the precision landing of drones and facilitating ideal communication between the drone and a dedicated mobile application – JARVIS.
