Hierarchical and Partitioned Collaborative Scheduling Strategy for Virtual Power Plants Based on Network Intelligence Algorithms
With the development of the times, how to rationally distribute energy resources and provide efficient support for them is a key problem that needs to be solved urgently. In this paper, a resource hierarchical optimal scheduling device based on a virtual power plant is utilized and applied to the resource hierarchical optimal scheduling of a virtual power plant. Relying on the distributed scheduling of VPP (virtual power plant) based on Leader-Follower, the flexible load resources are inputted into the flexible resource hierarchical partitioning model of a constructed virtual power plant, and the results are obtained. Obtain setup data by setting up the operational data of the transmission network and distribution network system. The traditional scheduling method has an operating cost of 10,000 yuan per hour, while the method in this paper has an operating cost of 5,000 yuan per hour, and the use of this paper’s method helps to reasonably allocate the resources of the virtual power plant.
