Development and Application of Agricultural Automation Control System Based on Internet of Things

The development and application of Agricultural Automation Control System (AACS) based on Internet of Things (IoT) aims to promote the intelligent and automatic process of agricultural production by using IoT technology. Aiming at the limitations of traditional agricultural production methods, such as inaccurate data collection and inflexible control strategies, this study proposes and develops an AACS based on IoT. The system adopts reasonable system architecture design, including data acquisition layer, data transmission layer, data processing layer and application layer, so as to realize accurate data acquisition, intelligent control strategy and efficient agricultural production management. In the system development, the characteristics of IoT technology and the actual demand of agricultural production are fully considered, and suitable hardware devices such as sensors, controllers and actuators are selected to ensure that the system can monitor and adjust the farmland environment accurately and efficiently. At the same time, a stable and efficient data transmission mechanism and data processing software module are designed and implemented to ensure the accurate transmission and effective utilization of data. The system performance test results show that the system has good performance and stability under different load scenarios. Subsequently, a representative agricultural production scene-vegetable planting base in greenhouse was selected for systematic application demonstration. The practical application results show that the system can significantly improve agricultural production efficiency, reduce production costs and improve the quality of agricultural products. This study not only promoted the process of intellectualization and automation of agricultural production, but also provided strong technical support for the sustainable development of modern agriculture.
